Say Hello to LumaWedge

“It’s flexible. It’s versatile. It’s high output. It can even look like something Batman might use!” Those are all things we heard from the Marketing Director at SONARAY on the new LumaWedge High Bay from SONARAY.

The space-aged new fixture offers a modular design that starts at 90 watts and goes all the way up to 260 watts. The “wedges” in LumaWedge are actually lens that can be adjusted to distribute light output so that the exceptional light output goes where you want or need it to go.

With an output averaging 160 lumens per watt, SONARAY’s newest high bay fixture offers up more than 41,000 lumens in the 260-watt version.

With an IP65 rating, a rated lifetime of more than 50,000 hours and the great attributes of modularity, exceptional heat dissipation, and accurate and even light distribution, the LumaWedge is a unique new offering that looks and feels durable.

The fixture has an aluminum housing that is black in color and the lens offset the integral driver nicely so that the fixture does indeed look very unique. It has almost a “winged” appearance with the 90-watt version that has two lens. The 135 watt version has three lens, the 180 watt has four lens, and the 260 watt version flies in with 6 wings or module lens.

Production models of the fixture are in-hand at SONARAY’s headquarters and the product will surely be featured at the company’s upcoming exhibition at LIGHTFAIR International at Las Vegas in May.

Value-priced, but engineered beyond the expected, the LumaWedge is a high-performance luminaire with tremendous flexibility.
